At Vahevala LLC, we provide tailored marketing and SEO services designed to increase visibility and generate measurable business results. We aim for full transparency in how we deliver services, handle payments, and support client relationships.
1. Refund Policy
Vahevala LLC provides performance-based marketing and SEO services that begin shortly after payment is received. Because our services are customized, time-sensitive, and begin immediately upon onboarding, all payments are non-refundable once delivery has started. If no service work has begun, a client may request a refund within 3 business days of payment. After service initiation, refunds will not be issued. We work closely with each client to ensure campaign performance and satisfaction is aligned with expectations.
2. Delivery Policy
Our services are fulfilled electronically through digital campaign strategies, optimization efforts, and performance tracking. We do not ship physical products. Timelines for delivery vary depending on the service package and scope of work, but initial service activity typically begins within 3–5 business days after onboarding. Ongoing deliverables and reporting are shared via email or client dashboard, depending on the plan.
3. Return Policy and Process
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we do not accept returns or offer partial credits once service delivery has begun. Our pricing reflects a combination of setup, strategic execution, and measurable performance expectations. While individual results may vary, we structure each campaign to ensure consistent value within the agreed service terms.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly or subscription-based services with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations received after this window may still be charged for the upcoming month. Service delivery will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. Custom or prepaid campaigns may have unique cancellation terms outlined during onboarding.
